Personalised orders
Because every Amulcat piece is personalised, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. This includes a change of preference about a customer-selected size, colour or personalisation.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help before production begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed once making has started.
If the size selected by the customer is unsuitable, contact Support. At our discretion, we may offer a discounted remake of the Necklet. This change-of-mind position does not limit any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Please contact us if an item is faulty, damaged in transit, significantly different from its description, incorrectly made or incorrectly personalised by Amulcat. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply in addition to this policy and are not limited by the personalised nature of the order.
We may assess the item before confirming the appropriate remedy.
How to request help
Contact Support with your order number, checkout email and a description of the issue. Where possible, include clear photos or video after we reply by email. Images help us assess the problem, but they are not an absolute condition of your legal rights.
Please do not send an item back without return instructions. If a confirmed product problem requires a return, Amulcat will arrange or reimburse reasonable return costs and provide the approved return address.
Repairs, replacements & refunds
The remedy depends on the nature of the problem and the rights available under the Australian Consumer Law. For a major problem, you may choose a refund or replacement. For a minor problem, we may first provide a repair or other remedy within a reasonable time.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds visible.
