Shipping

Every Amulcat order is personalised and prepared in small batches. Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed.

If you need to correct personalisation details, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help before production begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed once making has started.

We currently ship to addresses within Australia. Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or because of carrier, customs or remote-area delays.

Every parcel includes tracking, which is sent in the dispatch confirmation email. Standard tracked shipping is free for orders of A$60 or more. Shipping rates for orders below A$60 are shown at checkout. We do not currently offer express delivery.

We currently deliver to valid street addresses. PO boxes and Parcel Lockers are not supported. Remote-area deliveries may take longer.

Amulcat orders are expected to remain below A$1,000. For most low-value imports, duties and taxes are not collected at the Australian border, although Australian GST may apply at the point of sale where required. Any amount collected by Amulcat will be shown at checkout.
